some people love to sleep and some even try hard to be able to sleep. i am the kind of people who needs to read first to put my mind into a sleeping mood with two heavy eyes. a bad habit you have, said my mother.

some people have the luxuries to be able to go back to sleep after they wake up in the morning. i don't.

i wake up at 6 every single day no matter how many hours i slept in. meaning, my mind will be fully conscious at 6:01 am though i slept, say, for only two hours. try to get back to sleep? you can guess the answer.

with all the stresses people have in their daily life -- sleeping is becoming a luxury alot of people try to hold.

reading before sleep becomes tricky as you get older. you read a good book, and you end up with little sleep at the end.

I told you, Man. It's your subliminal causing your insomnia ;)

Then, your thumb, always sandwiched between pages as u fell asleep. Sometimes looks funny when you potrayed on ur own habit :)
