seared salmon au poivre

steak of 8 oz salmon grilled into perfection with a touch of virgin olive oil and chardonnay wine.
served over lemongrass risotto and boiled stems of asparagus seperated into long sprigs and some fresh chopped parsley.

i miss cooking.
